What is Included
Your workshop tuition includes all classroom instruction, location guiding, and 100% focused attention on your needs and artistic growth. Upon registration, we will send you a trip checklist to assist with your preparations. Carpooling to our shooting locations within the Park and will be orchestrated daily by Santosh and Rumy

What is Not Included

• Lodging, airfare, car rentals, park entrance fees, camera gear, meals, insurance (medical/travel), and any personal items are not included. Though lodging is not included, we can help with the same.

• Transport from Salt Lake City to Moab and back. However, if we can coordinate the time. we can help with the transport.​

• Any type of Insurance

Registration and Payment
To guarantee your participation in this workshop, full payment is required.

Cancellation Policy

While cancellations are rare, we do reserve the right to cancel a workshop at our discretion, with or without reason. In the event of a cancellation, we will fully refund your registration fees. If you're concerned about other expenses, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Should you need to cancel your participation for any reason, please notify us in writing.

Weather is unpredictable when scheduling a workshop, and what some might consider "bad" weather can actually make for great photography. Participants should be prepared for all conditions—whether it’s cold, hot, snowy, sunny, or rainy. A gear and clothing checklist will be provided to all registrants to help with preparation

Refund Policy

• 60 days or more before the workshop: Full refund, minus a $500 administrative fee and any payment processing fees (e.g., PayPal, etc.).

• 30-59 days before the workshop: 50% refund of your registration fee, minus payment processing fees.

• 29 days or less before the workshop: No refund.

We do not make exceptions to this policy. Due to our limited group size, an empty seat represents a significant loss, and this policy helps us manage that. To protect yourself, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
